By accessing or using Reviva.tv ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Reviva.tv is a subscription streaming service for classic films and series, on the web at reviva.tv and in the Reviva TV app. It is operated by Gregsen Media Pty Ltd (Australia). There is no advertising.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Updating your information to keep it current
4. Content and Licensing
All content on Reviva.tv is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
5. Creator Terms
Content creators who upload content to Reviva.tv agree to additional terms including:
- Ownership of all rights to uploaded content
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Adherence to our content guidelines and quality standards
- Revenue sharing terms as outlined in the Creator Agreement
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Circumvent any access controls or security measures
- Share account credentials with others
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
7. Subscriptions and Payment
Watching films on Reviva requires a subscription. A subscription costs US$9.99 a month and is sold by Disruptor Media Pty Ltd. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details.
- Your subscription starts when your first payment goes through. It renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel, and we charge your card at each renewal.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page under Manage billing. You keep watching until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part months unless the law requires it.
- If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again over the following days. If the payment still can't be collected, your subscription ends.
- Prices include any GST that applies. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you'd rather.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reviva.tv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
